Thanks again to 4Student. They made my time here in São Paulo much easier. No matter what time of the day or what issue I face, I could always reach out to them and get a response in less than five minutes. Not only their bar suggestions were great to watch the Champions League final, for example. But also for more serious topics like for example, when I had go to the hospital, they joined me and helped me to translate or also when i had my appointment at the Federal Police station to register myself as an exchange student, they supported and helped me with that. So yes, thanks again!
My semester in Brazil went very well, I enjoyed it a lot! I travelled most of the time, so unfortunately (or furtunately? haha) i didn't spend so much time in Sao Paulo. 4 Student assisted me a lot and I couldn't be happier with the service. When I first arrived in Brazil I felt excited but lost at the same time. Even if I had travelled a lot on my own, São Paulo is a unique dimension, a concrete jungle in which it is not easy to adapt! 4Student had helped me discovering the cool spots and nice places to visit. When I was sick here in SP, Elaine was here in 10 minutes after my call to provide the best assistance for the whole afternoon with me at the hospital. 4Student did a great job helping students like me or just people that move to São Paulo in general with everything that they could potentially need help with when they moved here. The most impressive part of their services is that they do all of this for free. I would strongly recommend anyone moving to São Paulo to contact them right before they come so they open this communication channel with 4Student where they can ask for tips and suggestions for virtually everything. Some examples of the support I received from 4Student: Helped me in the creation of a bank account, Clarified doubts about the public transportation system, Recommended a hospital when I was sick, Provided options of nutritionists to choose from, Indicated the closest location of the post in relation to my house, Gave me tips on bars and restaurants. The diversity of these examples really highlights the versatility and reach of this organization. It’s not only that 4Student has all the answers, but they are also very responsive as I never had to wait more than a few minutes to get an answer. Finally, if I had to pick the biggest strength of 4Student I’d have to pick their attentiveness and carefulness. When I had to go to the hospital, the representative of 4Student with which I was in contact with made sure I updated her on how I was feeling regularly and walked me through the whole process including the communication with the insurance for example, I felt much more safe and comfortable.

More than just being so helpful, Pedro, Vinicius and Stephanie are two amazing persons. I have only great things to say about 4student, after having spent 5 months in Sao Paulo as an exchange student, in an apartment provided by 4 student. There was never trouble that they didn't want to/could solve, and they did it fast, with an unbelievable service level. I got the feeling that 4student really committed themselves to make my stay in Sao Paulo as easy, fun and full of experiences as possible, with the least possible amount of bureaucracy involved. I had never imagined a treatment at this high level, and i feel lucky for having been part of 4student clients. Apart from all this more practical part of 4student, Pedro, Vinicius and Stephanie are just lovely people who have become my good friends during my stay, so i couldn't be happier with my time as a 4student client, and i recommend them to everyone who needs what 4student offers.

Pedro, Vinicius and Stephanie have been amazing all the way! They have provided a lovely apartment for us for a good price. When we arrived in Sao Paulo they took us all around the city for sightseeing and to help us with all the practical stuff like getting a brazilian sim card, grocery shopping and even to get to know their friends. Pedro, Vinicius and Stephanie are the nicest people and has now turned into becoming really good friends of ours! We really don't know what we would have done without them. Thank you so much! When arriving to a foreign country and not knowing anything about it is extremely helpful to have people like Pedro, Steph and the 4student crew that not only are there to help you with ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING but also they offer their friendship and kindness. For us, they rented us an amazing flat 2 minutes away from University, they provided us with SIM cards, a trustworthy taxi driver, service of cleaning lady... etc. Whenever something is broken, they come in the same day to fix it and they are super resolutive, we feel 24h covered! In my personal case they even found me a Job opportunity!! 4STUDENT IN BRAZIL IS A MUST!!! DONT THINK ABOUT IT TWICE!!
Em menos de uma semana a 4Student encontrou o apartamento ideal para mim, com todas as minhas exigências; como um lugar econômico e perto da faculdade. Todas as vezes que eu tive alguma dúvida ou questão, eles estavam ali para me ajudar e deram atenção total . Hoje, moro a menos de 4 minutos a pé do Insper e compartilho o apartamento com outros 3 estudantes. A 4Student demonstrou que o cliente está em primeiro lugar. My semester in Brazil has been very interesting. I’ve gotten to meet a lot of different people from all over and have also been able to learn just a tiny bit of Portuguese. 4Student has been very helpful when I've had to do things like go to the bank, bus station, or train station—things that require Portuguese that is a bit beyond my level. I think it's very helpful to have 4Student because, when you come here, especially coming from a small country like I do, the city itself can be very overwhelming. Everything is so huge. There are so many people, and there's so much going on. Just starting to get to know the place, to dig into it, and actually see what it has to offer is hard to do on your own because you don’t really know where to start. It's so much that you might wonder, "Where do I begin?" That's where 4Student is really helpful. They assist with the initial encounter with the things you want to do—whether it's boxing, playing football, going to the gym, or visiting bookstores or cafes. They make it a bit more digestible and manageable. That has been very nice.
